Payment Policy

The Good Housekeeping Agency provides you with introductions to housekeepers and supports and enables the relationship between you the customer and the housekeeper. We provide the reassurance of high quality recruitment procedures, trained staff, insurance cover as well as ongoing services in the event of sickness or absence of your regular housekeeper.

For those services we charge a fee based on the numbers of hours worked by the housekeeper, which are payable monthly during the time we provide the service to you.

In the event that you wish to cancel the service we ask you to provide as much notice as possible. You may require the housekeeper to work the notice period or not.

In the event that The Good Housekeeping Agency finds it necessary to cancel your service we will have spoken and written to you explaining why we have taken that action.
